You Already Know Why. What You Need Is a Fix That Holds.

You don't need someone to tell you denials are rising or that recovery costs more than it used to — you're living that number every month. What's missing isn't awareness, it's a solution built around your hospital's actual data and culture, not an industry template — one that catches preventable denials before the claim ever leaves the building.

Every engagement here is built around one transformation: moving from "we know this keeps happening" to "our own people can stop it before submission." The work ends when your leadership owns the strategy, not when the invoice does.

SERVICE 1

Revenue Integrity Assessment™

An on-site diagnostic that maps your hospital's specific denial patterns against your own data and workflows — not an industry-wide checklist.

You already know your denials are increasing and that recovery costs more each cycle. What you likely don't have is a clear, hospital-specific answer to which of those denials were actually preventable — and where in your process, documentation, UM review, physician alignment, they could have been stopped before the claim was ever submitted. I come on-site and build that picture from your own data and your own team's workflow, not a generic benchmark. By the end, you have a dollar-quantified map of your preventable-denial exposure and exactly where upstream to intervene.

What's included:

  • A clear, dollar-quantified picture of which denials were preventable pre-submission, and where they originate in your workflow

  • Findings built from your hospital's own data and culture, not industry-wide assumptions

  • A prioritized view of which upstream fixes prevent the most denials fastest, so leadership knows where to act first

What's included:

  • Pre-submission prevention workflows built jointly with your leadership team, tailored to your hospital's own data and culture

  • Direct work on the specific points where preventable denials originate, identified in the assessment

  • A plan designed to hold locally, so gains don't erode once the engagement ends

SERVICE 2

Denial Performance Accelerator™

A hands-on build of hospital-specific prevention workflows, embedded into your existing culture rather than layered on top of it.

This isn't a generic playbook handed off at the end of the assessment. We work directly alongside your CFO, CMO, and case management leadership to build the specific pre-submission checkpoints your findings called for — documentation timing, UM review triggers, physician alignment touchpoints — designed around how your hospital actually operates, not how a template assumes it should. Because your team builds it with us, using your own data, it fits the culture that has to run it after we leave.

SERVICE 3

Fractional Revenue Integrity Advisor™

Ongoing, senior-level leadership to keep prevention embedded as your hospital's data, staff, and payer contracts evolve — without adding a full-time executive.

Prevention workflows drift once no one's actively maintaining them — new staff, new payer terms, a documentation habit that quietly slips. We stay on, on-site, as fractional leadership to keep the prevention culture your team built actually running, adjusting it as your own data shows where it's holding and where it's not. You get senior revenue integrity leadership at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire, for exactly as long as you need it.

What's included:

  • Continued on-site leadership to keep prevention workflows embedded in daily practice

  • Ongoing adjustment as your hospital's data, staffing, and payer contracts change

  • Sustained reduction in preventable denials — tracked and reported in dollar terms, not activity metrics

How an Engagement Works

Diagnose → Build → Lead

phase 1

Diagnose

We start with the Revenue Integrity Assessment: a focused, on-site review that traces your denials back to their root cause. This typically runs several weeks, not months, because the goal is a clear answer, not an open-ended audit.

phase 2

Build

From there, we move into the Denial Performance Accelerator, building the specific strategy with your leadership team over the following weeks. This is where the plan becomes concrete — owned by your people, not just handed to them.

phase 3

Lead

If you want it sustained, I stay on as your Fractional Revenue Integrity Advisor, typically over a 3-6 month engagement, on-site 1-2 days a week, to drive execution and keep the gains from slipping.

By the end: you have a documented root cause, a strategy your own leadership built and understands, and — if you choose the fractional phase — sustained recovered and retained revenue with no full-time hire required.

Who This Is Not For

  • If you want a length-of-stay guarantee or a promise of a specific dollar number before I've seen your data, I'm not the right fit — I won't commit to a number I haven't diagnosed.

  • If you're looking for a claims-fighting vendor to take over your appeals queue, this isn't that. I fix the misalignment causing the denials, not the individual claims themselves.

  • If your leadership isn't willing to be in the room while the strategy gets built, this work won't hold after I leave — and I'd rather tell you that now than after an engagement.

Let’s find out what your denials are actually costing you before you commit to anything.
